Ensures that the website works seamlessly from the subscriber, vendor and shopper’s perspective

Responsibilities include vendor engagement, assitance inputting and monitoring vendor products, ensuring that all product listings are displayed properly, verifying discount code functionality, and assessing load speed. 

Monitors the customer’s journey throughout the digital experience, A/B tests layout options, and performs other duties related to user experience and customer experience

Work closely with the vendors to ensure that front-end sales numbers match inventory accounting

Ensures that orders for vendors are safely transported to our shoppers

Manage last-mile fulfillment by monitoring courier services, managing relationships with third-party delivery services.

Directs the flow of merchandise

Ensures that information from the vendors matches the inventory of physical products on site

Clerical duties including and not limited ensuring for fulfillment of 3rd party products

Responsible for processing returns and handling customer complaints via email and social media

Basic finance and accounting operations, list of revenue and expenditures

Minimizes the risks fulfullment risks

Vendor cycle payments

Courier pay as you go payments

3 to 4 years experience in an administrative / book keeping role

Knowledge of e-commerce framework
